After starting the message it had occurred to me that I needed to update my bio, and also to collect some thoughts on my experience of living in London for a year. I'm not usually good at, nor particularly like working on, general self-promotion, so this alternate purpose of writing to someone was as good or better an opportunity to put some thought into that as any other. -spxl Contact.
